For the past 37 years (He is now 52) Fred has exhaustively studied these topics.

He has applied his studies to build a successful career (Management/executive positions in restaurants, hotel/resorts, health care, public schools, sales and marketing, and as a business owner/entrepreneur of several ongoing businesses) and he has won national awards for best sales and marketing and best employee recruiting and retention and was once selected as Sacramento California’s outstanding business leader and as a California Schools classified management administrator of the year.

In 1995 he established his coaching company, “Building Better People”, which has helped thousands of people across America to enjoy greater success. His education includes a Masters Degree in Wellness Promotion/Health Services and he is the author of the book, “How Anyone Can Become a Lean, Fat-Incinerating, Anti-Aging Wellness Machine”. His 2nd book, “Striking Back at Mediocrity: The Working Professionals Guide to Overcoming Complacency and What Has Held Them Back From Success” will be released in January, 2011.

Fred may be best known, however, as a distinguished and dynamic conference keynote and break out speaker, having presented at hundreds of professional development conferences and events in 48 states from Alaska to Florida since 2001.
